These terms cover the stixduel.com website, the Founder Ticket, the Founder Belt and the STIX Duel game. Seller for web purchases: Michael Hensel, Hamburg, Germany; payments are processed by Stripe. Contact: hello@stixduel.com.

Founder Ticket (2 USD)

Digital content for the STIX Duel game, delivered as a redemption code after payment: your name on the founder wall, access to the beta build before the public list, and the Founder price offer for ticket holders when the Kickstarter campaign opens. Refundable within 14 days if the code has not been redeemed; see the refund policy.

Founder Belt (10 USD)

Digital content for the STIX Duel game, delivered as a redemption code after payment: the Founder Belt cosmetic, every cosmetic skin of the first season, your tag (a short name of your choice) shown on the ring of your own arena, removal of interstitial ads, a vote on the next move built, and day-one beta access. The pass includes the Founder Ticket content. The pass is tied to the game account or device where the code is redeemed. Cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be traded.

The game

STIX Duel is free to play. Optional purchases inside the game (Starter Pack, coins) are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. The game is provided as is during the beta; features and dates can change, and we will say so on the site and by email.

Conduct and content

Names shown on the founder wall and tags shown on the ring must not contain hate speech, slurs, or impersonation; we may replace such a name or tag with a neutral one without refund.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
