These terms cover the stixduel.com website, the Founder Ticket, the Founder Pass and the STIX Duel game. Seller for web purchases: Michael Hensel, Hamburg, Germany; payments are processed by Stripe. Contact: hello@stixduel.com.

Founder Ticket (2 USD)

Digital content for the STIX Duel game, delivered as a redemption code after payment: your tag on the ropes of your arena and your name on the founder wall, plus access to the beta build before the public list. Refundable within 14 days if the code has not been redeemed; see the refund policy.

Founder Pass (10 USD)

Digital content for the STIX Duel game, delivered as a redemption code after payment: the Founder Belt cosmetic, your tag on the ropes of your arena, removal of interstitial ads, and day-one beta access. The pass is tied to the game account or device where the code is redeemed. Cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be traded.

The game

STIX Duel is free to play. Optional purchases inside the game (Starter Pack, coins) are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. The game is provided as is during the beta; features and dates can change, and we will say so on the site and by email.

Conduct and content

Tags shown on the ropes must not contain hate speech, slurs, or impersonation; we may replace such a tag with a neutral one without refund.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
