Refund policy

Two rules, no small print.

Founder Ticket and Founder Pass

Refundable within 14 days of purchase if the code has not been redeemed in the game. Email hello@stixduel.com with the receipt and the money goes back to the original payment method within a few days, through Stripe. After the pass has been redeemed, digital content has been delivered and the statutory right of withdrawal ends, as you agree at checkout. If the game is not released, every Founder Pass is refunded in full.

In-app purchases

Purchases made inside the game are refunded through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their policies.
